The political world is tense, with early presidential elections scheduled for the next 35 days. There is no doubt that Prime Minister Philip Deleuvre will run for the Elysee. However, few individuals are aware that the government's head knows more than he indicated. This condition of affairs can be traced back to businesswoman Kapita Simon, the late president's longtime communications adviser (spin doctor).
