Le Jaguar
A shaman from the South American rain forest makes a public relations appearance in France. He is attracted by a French good-for-nothing named Perrin whom he meets in the elevator of a Paris hotel. He then follows Perrin to his flat, and despite Perrin's reservations about such intense interest in his person, he allows the shaman to spend the night at his flat. The following day, while attending an official meeting as part of the PR effort, the shaman has a heart attack. He asks to see Perrin despite his inability to communicate and his position in a hospital bed. The latter is not overjoyed at the prospect of meeting the shaman once more. However, it appears as though it is too late to reconcile animosities, since the shaman and Perrin appear to be psychologically linked in some way since their elevator encounter.
