These events inspired "Booze Traveler," which follows Maxwell throughout the world to satisfy his curiosity in what people drink, why they drink it, and the stories it inspires. In Armenia, Belize, Lithuania, Mongolia, and Nepal, among other places, Maxwell learns the alcoholic customs, meets residents, participates in activities, and even assists in the alcohol-making process. In each establishment, he discovers a unique drink, makes new acquaintances, and tells tales.
