When the aliens came in, Southern Style kung fu did not work. To find the master of Northern Style kung fu, General Chen must go back in time to the late Qing Dynasty. He must bring the skills he learned there with him to the present. In a bad way, Chen loses his memory when he travels back in time and ends up working for the emperor Yuan Shikai and in a different place and time than before.
