Turbo the Snail's life is permanently transformed as he returns from his victory tour following his incredible triumph at the Indianapolis 500. Turbo's human partner, Tito, has constructed Starlite Metropolis, a gigantic tiny city with an elaborate race track for Turbo and his fellow snails to reside and race in. Turbo's new existence, on the other hand, is no less frantic as he and his pals confront new adversaries of all kinds who are eager to take on the champion.
