How can a Joseon-era mermaid thrive in modern-day Seoul? Shim Chung is a mermaid who has been transported to the modern era. She is apprehended by Heo Joon Jae, a charming but chilly con artist who is the doppelganger for Kim Moon, the son of a Joseon Dynasty aristocrat. In the present, however, Joon Jae works with Jo Nam Doo, a competent conman who mentors Joon Jae to become a brilliant scammer. However, Joon Jae's buddy, Cha Shi Ah, a researcher at KAIST, may be Chung's only hope for survival in her odd new world.
