Raymond "Red" Reddington, one of the most sought fugitives by the FBI, surrenders in person at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He believes that he and the FBI share a common goal: capturing dangerous criminals and terrorists. In the past two decades, he has compiled a list of the most significant criminals and terrorists whom the FBI cannot locate since it is unaware of their existence. Reddington refers to this as 'The Blacklist' Reddington will cooperate, but demands that he will only speak to Elizabeth Keen, an FBI profiler with limited experience.
