Vasily, a modest and meek teacher, was captured on camera ranting about the plight of his country. When a student uploads the film on YouTube, it quickly becomes a viral sensation. As a result of Vasily's fury, people begin to raise money for a presidential campaign. Which he does! Vasiliy, now president of the Russian Federation, isn't interested in altering his life; he wants to keep things the same, like living with his parents and borrowing money from them every month.
