Multinational firms are Europe's new leaders in the foreseeable future. Promethee, one of the most powerful, wants to consolidate their expanding influence by replacing the police with their own private militias, the Black Squad, led by Henry Munro. With nowhere else to turn after the shooting of his daughter, an idealistic law enforcement officer, Sirius, allies himself with an old cop Franck Varnove. Sirius assumes command of Franck's secretive, special squadron, Section Zéro, to combat these dark, deadly militias, pledging a return to traditional law enforcement before their world vanishes forever.
