Perfect Strangers

ABC aired eight seasons of Perfect Strangers from March25,1986, to August6, 1993. The story depicts the uneasy coexistence of midwestern American Larry Appleton and his distant cousin Balki Bartokomous. First running on Tuesdays in spring 1986 for six episodes, it switched to Wednesdays in fall 1986. The show was on Wednesdays until March1988, when it switched to Fridays. The show anchored ABC's initial TGIF Friday-night lineup, while it aired on Saturdays briefly in 1992.
