American teen sitcom Lizzie McGuire incorporates an animated version of the title heroine soliloquizing, as well as a live-action character. The show's live-action scenes were interwoven with animated segments. Immediately following the premiere of Zenon: The Zequel, it aired on the Disney Channel until February14, 2004. There were 65 episodes made and broadcast in total. Preteens and teenagers were the intended audience. Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards named the series Favorite TV Show in 2002 and 2003.
