Los Angeles-based television series Law & Order: Los Angeles is an American police procedural and legal drama. On September29,2010, it premiered on NBC as a spin-off of Dick Wolf's successful crime drama Law & Order, and was conceived by Blake Masters. On October18,2010, the show was renewed for a full season. But NBC stated on January 18th,2011, that the show would be put on hold indefinitely. It's possible that the scheduling adjustment wasn't only due to the recent cast reshuffle, according to a representative of the program. A return date for the show was announced for April11,2011, and the series' last episode will air on July11,2011, both by the network. On May13,2011, NBC canceled Law & Order: Los Angeles.
