Fury

Between the years 1955 and 1960, Fury was a popular western-themed television show that was shown in the United States on the NBC network. It stars Peter Graves as Jim Newton, who runs the Broken Wheel Ranch in California; Bobby Diamond as Jim's adoptive son, Joey Clark Newton; and William Fawcett as Pete Wilkey, who works on the ranch as a ranch hand. Roger Mobley portrayed Joey's friend Homer "Packy" Lambert in the show's final two seasons as a co-star in both of those seasons. The well-known stallion is shown racing inside the corral and approaching the camera as the announcer delivers the show's tagline, which is "FURY!...The story of a horse..and a lad who loves him." Fury was the first American television series to be created, initially by Television Programs of America and later on by the business ITC Entertainment, which is based in the United Kingdom.
