The storyline of this drama takes place in a fictitious environment in which a warrior from the ancient period of Goryeo meets a plastic surgeon who lives in the current day. The warrior who was given the task by the monarch to find a physician who could treat the queen's deadly injuries goes in search of the plastic surgeon and ends up kidnapping him.
