Emergency +4 is an animated version of Emergency! The show lasted 23 30-minute episodes over two seasons on NBC's Saturday morning schedule. Reruns aired till September 4, 1976. Randolph Mantooth and Kevin Tighe voiced Emergency! paramedics. Paramedical Rescue Service was the focus of each episode. "+4" refers to four children who help the paramedics in each episode. Universal Studios outsourced animation to Fred Calvert Productions because they didn't have one.
