Dance Academy
A few of exceptionally bright young people are sought out by the National Dance Academy in Sydney to participate in the school's grueling training program. Tara Webster, a young woman who grew up on a sheep farm and dreams of becoming a ballerina, is the protagonist of this story. Jewish long line of physicians' heir Samuel 'Sammy' and minor juvenile criminal Christian are the outsiders, but they gradually fit in, creating new kinds of friends. Samuel is the heir to a long line of doctors. They are also introduced into the circle of last-year brother Ethan, who already desires to have a future as a choreographer, by the star ballerina's daughter, Kat. In addition, Abigail, a clever young lady who is willing to climb over dead bodies in order to reach the stars, works to undermine the efforts of everyone and everything.
