Adult Swim's animated series China, IL, or simply "China," is set in the fictional town of China, Illinois. Brad Neely is the creator of the show, which features characters from his previous China, IL webcomic and special. "The Professor Brothers" Frank and Steve Smith, as well as the eponymous Mark "Baby" Cakes, all make an appearance. He voices all three characters in the film. Williams Street and Titmouse, Inc. produce and animate the series. A second season of China, IL has been ordered, with the prospect of an additional half-hour of programming. Super Deluxe's now defunct website hosted Adult Swim's "The Funeral," an 11-minute special that aired on May 25, 2008. Brad Neely's Professor Brothers and Baby Cakes webseries, which were both aired at Super Deluxe, were integrated in the special and formed a bigger setting for the characters.
