Canadian cartoon series Captain Flamingo follows the adventures of Milo Powell, a protagonist and major character. The TV series was made by Atomic Cartoons, Breakthrough Films & Television, The Heroic Film Company, and PASI Animation. It first aired on YTV in Canada on February7,2006. It is also shown on Jetix in the UK, Nicktoons in Australia, and Breakthrough Films & Television in the US. Toon Disney's new schedule has aired this show on January 28, 2008 at 8:30AM, despite reports that it will air on JETIX in the United States in 2007. At 5:30 a.m. on September 2, Captain Flamingo will make a triumphant return to the Toon Disney program after being absent since August 12, 2008. On February 13, 2009, Disney XD relaunched Toon Disney, and Captain Flamingo was once again taken from the U.S. airwaves. It's unclear how old the title character is. The only superpower he possesses is the burning desire to assist "li'l kids" in need. A whoopee cushion, among other odd items, are some of his "super talents." There are no more reruns on YTV, however Nickelodeon Canada is now airing them.
