Brothers and Sisters is a sitcom that was broadcast on NBC in the United States from the beginning of 1979 all the way up until April of that same year. The series made an effort to cash in on the popularity of the movie picture Animal House by National Lampoon, which was released in 1978. In the beginning of 1979, there were a total of three different comedies set in fraternity houses that aired on television.
