Host Molly Yeh challenges the gelato makers to catch the essence of a star or popular culture symbol in a brand-new as well as cutting-edge ice cream flavor, inspired by the instructions provided from the celebrity themselves. In each episode, the rivals use a specially created gelato lab on the Ben & Jerry's manufacturing facility grounds in Waterbury, Vermont. After preparing their developments, the rivals struck the streets to have the general public choose their preferred flavor, with the champion earning resistance from elimination. Juries Jet and Ali Tila and Ben & Jerry's Flavor Expert Chris Rivard identify which rival was the least effective, sending out that gelato manufacturer home and that flavor to the notorious Ben & Jerry's Taste Graveyard.
