Beauty and the Geek

The U.S. edition of Beauty and the Geek is a reality television series that is part of an international franchise. Described as "The Ultimate Social Experiment," it is co-produced by Ashton Kutcher, Jason Goldberg, and Nick Santora. Couples from "Beauties" and "Geeks" are partnered up to compete for a $250,000 grand prize and other goodies on the show. During the competition, each beauty and her nerd share a room. As part of each episode, there are two competitions: one pits the girls against each other in an academic setting, and the other pits the geeks against each other in a more social setting. A pure "quiz show" style question and answer session pits the victors of the challenges against each other, with the team with the most accurate answers being eliminated.
