Beauty and the Beast

The drama series Beauty and the Beast is a product of the United States and debuted on CBS in 1987. The relationship between Vincent, a mythical, noble man-beast, and Catherine, a savvy Assistant District Attorney in New York; and a secret Utopian community of social outcasts living in a subterranean sanctuary are the two main focuses of the modernized version of the fairy tale that was created by Ron Koslow. Both of these focuses are at the center of the story. Vincent is able to perceive Catherine's feelings thanks to their empathic connection, and he eventually agrees to be her guardian.
