Death-pronouncing rookie Shinigami-kun, aka Grim Reaper #413, is responsible for transporting the souls of people who are due to die to the netherworld. "Congratulations!" would be his trademark greeting. Although it's difficult to see how this can be a pleasant event, I'm here to call on you and keep watch over the dying. A grim reaper's job also includes talking people out of suicide attempts and averting untimely deaths. For the first time in his grim reaper career as #413, he has a tendency to tilt toward humanity in his assessments, disobey the nether-regulations, world's and be disciplined by his superiors.
