The proprietor, Nanao Shin, of the Natural Island Hotel on the uninhabited island of Heitaijima, located off the coast of Yachijojima, invites ten adults to come stay there. They partake of the meal that has been prepared for them while experiencing a mixture of anticipation and dread on what is going to take place and the reason they have been invited to this island. Then, all of a sudden, they begin to hear a mysterious voice revealing their past transgressions. While they are rehashing old events in their heads, one of the invited guests is brutally slain right in front of them. It appears that this was the impetus for the murder of another guest, and then still another after that. Amid the invited guests' visit to Heitaijima, which took place some days earlier, police were sent to the island after reports of homicides. They find ten dead victims within this enormous "locked room." Who is the killer, and why did these 10 people have to be collected together and put to death? Adapted from Agatha Christie's novel "And Then There Were None," which was first released in the year 1943.
