Alaskan Bush People

A newly discovered family, born and nurtured in the Alaskan tundra, resides deep in the bush. Billy Brown, his wife Ami, and their seven adult children-five boys and two girls-live so remote from civilization that they seldom see an outsider for six to nine months of the year. They have evolved their own vocabulary and accent, refer to themselves as a "wolf pack," and sleep in a single-room cabin at night. They are unlike any other family in the United States. According to the Browns, the cabin where they resided for years was recently seized and destroyed because it was in the improper place on public land.
