A young couple travels to a run-down hospital in Eastern Europe for plastic surgery. The young lady wishes to have her breasts reduced. Her mother joins her for yet another makeover. The boyfriend comes across a young woman gagged and strapped to an operating table while wandering through an abandoned ward; she is the result of an experimental rejuvenation treatment. He releases her, unaware that he has just triggered the spread of a virus that will turn doctors, patients, and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies.
