19 years after President Timothy Keegan was killed, his brother Nick finds a dying man who claims to be the gunman. Nick follows the clues that have been given to him as he tries to get away from his rich and controlling father's attempts to control him. In the future, it becomes more difficult to tell real trails from dead ends, and more dangerous as unknown people try to stop Nick from uncovering the truth.
