By reinvigorating and reinvigorating the Roman Porno label, Nikkatsu has revived its role as an experimental playground for the creation of new forms of cinematic expression. Hideo Nakata joined Nikkatsu as an assistant director and worked on multiple Roman Porno soft-core series on location, but this is his first time directing a Roman Porno picture. Despite his admiration for filmmaker Masaru Konuma, he takes on a new challenge in the lesbian world. Ceramic artisan Tokiko and her apprentice Haruka are in a romantic relationship. Both the woman and the man are straight, and their attraction to one another was purely accidental.
