When We Were Kings

The year is 1974. Muhammad Ali is 32 years old and widely regarded as having passed his prime. George Foreman, the world heavyweight champion, is ten years younger. Don King, a promoter looking to build a reputation for himself, offers both combatants $5 million to fight each other, and if they accept, King simply needs to come up with the money. He finds a willing sponsor in Zaire's ruler, Mobutu Sese Suko, and the "Rumble in the Jungle" begins, complete with a musical festival featuring some of America's finest black performers, including James Brown and B.B. King.
