It's been a long time since Sam Walczak (Mischa Barton) had her first job from her family business. She is sent to supervise the demolition of an apartment house, but she is surprised to see a group of tenants still living there. People who live in this apartment building, like Jimmy (Cameron Bright), tell stories about a serial killer who used to live there and bury dead people inside. Jimmy tells this story to Sam. What's even worse, it's thought that the dead are still bothering the people living there even today.
