Hodja is a daydreamer. He intends to experience the globe, but his papa insists he stays home and takes control of the family members's tailor shop. Thankfully, Hodja satisfies the old carpet seller El Faza, who offers him a flying carpeting. In exchange he needs to bring the old man's little granddaughter, Diamond, back to Pjort. El Faza can not travel to the Sultan city himself, as the mighty ruler has imposed a death penalty on El Faza, on the grounds that he has taken the Sultan's carpet. Nevertheless, city life isn't fairly what Hodja anticipated, and he just makes it through because of Emerald, an inadequate but sharp girl, that shows him just how to take care of in the large globe. Yet when Hodja loses his carpeting to the power-hungry sultan, his good luck appears to run out. Will he finish his goal, locate El Faza's granddaughter as well as return securely back to Pjort?
