Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles are about to get out of jail, and Julian promises to do the right thing this time. He even wants to open a legal business. Soon, they will all be wealthy. At least that's what they told the parole board. But when they get back to the park, they find that Sunnyvale has changed, and so has Jim Lahey, the Trailer Park Supervisor.
