Nick Rivers, a popular and dashing American musician, visits East Germany to play at a music festival. He becomes embroiled in an underground rebel movement after losing his heart to Hillary Flammond. Rivers teams up with Agent Cedric and Flammond to try to save her father, Dr. Paul, from the Germans who had kidnapped him in the intention of forcing him to create a new naval mine.
