Tiger Cruise
On its final journey home, from Pearl Harbour (Hawaii) to San Diego, the USS Constellation holds a merry 'tiger cruise' for relatives of USNavy, Marines, and USNAF personnel, mostly minors ('Navy brats'). Attitudes and feelings range from simple joy to open annoyance, with the worst brat being XO commander Gary Dolan's daughter Maddie, who is pleading with him to decline a promotion to command in exchange for a shore job. Then, as a result of the WCC terror incident, the crew is recalled to war footing.
