Mischief is sometimes made, but for the most part, Corey and his skateboarding pals are more concerned with having a good time and meeting new girls than they are with getting into serious trouble. The Daggers, a notorious rival crew commanded by Tommy Hook, like harassing Venice Beach people. The Daggers are outraged when Corey begins a relationship with Tommy's younger sister, Chrissy. Afterward, the boys head to a dangerous skate race known as the "L.A. Massacre," which takes place on a narrow canyon road.
