The Yellow Sea

The area where the borders of North Korea, China, and Russia meet is like a modern-day "wild west," where more than half of the population depends on illegal activities to make a living. On the Chinese side of the border in Yanbian, Gu-nam spends his days driving a cab and his nights getting drunk and gambling. His wife went to Seoul to work and send back money, but he hasn't heard from her in months. When local crime boss Myun offers to erase Gu-debts nam's in exchange for a contract killing in Seoul, Gu-nam reluctantly agrees.
