The Wereth Eleven
The Wereth Eleven backtracks the actions eleven black GI's from the 333rd Field Artillery Squadron took when their unit was overwhelmed by Germans at the beginning of the Battle of the Lump. Their 10-mile trek from their battery placement to Wereth, Belgium would be the last journey of their lives as a neighborhood homeowner turned them in to an SS scouting celebration. Ultimately all eleven were butchered as well as eliminated in among the least recognized, along with unknown, war crimes of WWII.
