The Vanishing
Rex and Saskia are enjoying a biking vacation in France when, while stopping at a gas station, Saskia disappears. Rex is confused, so he looks everywhere, but to no avail. Three years later, he's still obsessed with finding her. He pleads his case on TV, puts up posters, and hurts his new relationship in the process. Eventually, a quiet chemistry teacher named Raymond comes up to Rex and hints that he knows what happened.
