The Thin Red Line

The Thin Red Line is based on James Jones' graphic novel about an Army Rifle company called C-for-Charlie who change, endure, and ultimately discover themselves throughout the harsh WWII fight of Guadalcanal. It covers their trip from an unopposed landing, through horrific conflicts, until the survivors' exit. Sean Penn, Nick Nolte, Woody Harrelson, and George Clooney star in this hauntingly realistic WWII film set in the Pacific.
