The doctor in charge of the emergency room, Tae-jun, is kidnapped by an assailant at the same time as Yeo-hoon, the murder suspect, is taken to the hospital following a gunshot incident. Kidnapper tells doctor to bring Yeo-hoon in to him. Tae-jun has no choice except to save the patient and smuggle him out of the hospital before the authorities can find him, in order to retrieve his wife.
