The residents of Beverly Hills have been forced to flee due to a chemical spill. A retired football player who is left behind discovers that the hazardous gas coming from the leak is a phony front for a theft staged by discharged police officers seeking to steal the city's treasures. Finding himself aligning with a corrupt cop who was formerly a part of the plot until he realized the city's mayor had been blown out by one of the top crooks in charge. Both are now on the run, with no one to aid them...both must do whatever they can to stop these deadly looters.
