Tess Delaney receives the shocking news from estate executor Damhnaic McAuley that she has inherited half of her father's apple orchard and has a half-sister she was unaware of. When she visits the orchard and meets her newfound relatives, she discovers that the orchard is deeply in debt. Tess and her half-sister use their expertise as antiques experts to investigate the mystery surrounding their grandmother's "treasure," which may hold the key to saving the orchard.
