The Council of Legendary Figures has convened an emergency meeting on Christmas Eve, now that Santa and Mrs. Claus have the North Pole functioning smoothly. Jack Frost, the nefarious villain, has been causing havoc and attempting to usurp the celebration! So he devises a scheme to damage the toy factory, forcing Scott to invoke the little-known Escape Clause and wish he'd never been Santa Claus.
