The Protector

Billy Wong is a New York City police officer whose partner was shot dead during a heist. As Billy and Danny Garoni work security during a fashion show, Laura Shapiro, the wealthy man's daughter, is kidnapped. It is suspected that Laura's father, Mr. Ko, a Hong Kong drug lord, is linked with Laura's mother, so the New York City police commissioner has sent a pair of officers to Hong Kong to conduct an investigation.
