The Outsider

In another typical Jean-Paul Belmondo production, the French action hero portrays a police officer who is willing to take any means necessary to advance the cause of justice. On his agenda is a large drug gang operating out of Paris and Marseilles, led by an essentially inaccessible drug lord (Henry Silva). The tale is enlivened with stunts (done by Belmondo) and pursuit scenes on land and sea, but the moments with Belmondo's love interest are very minor.
