The Night Has Eyes

2 educators, man-hungry Doris and restrained Marian, go to the Yorkshire moors a year after good friend Evelyn disappeared there. On a rainy night, they take haven in the separated home of Stephen, one-time pianist shell-shocked in the Spanish Civil Battle. Doris gets away as quickly as the flooding subsides; yet Marian's uncertainties about Evelyn's fate, in conflict with her growing love for Stephen, punctual her to stay on amongst the misty bogs.
