The Muse

When a screenwriter (Brooks) loses his edge, he turns to anyone he can for help, even if that person is the mythical "Zeus's Daughter" (Stone). And he's willing to pay, even if reluctantly, whatever it takes to please this goddess, especially if her advice helps him get back on track with a sure-fire script once again! The writer's wife, MacDowell, starts her own bakery business, much to the chagrin of Brooks, who has already had to give up a lot of things for his help.
