The Mighty Quinn

Police chief Xavier Quinn is investigating the brutal killing of Donald Pater, a wealthy island inhabitant. In his Jacuzzi, he was found mutilated and decapitated. In spite of the local political establishment's insistence that small-time criminal Maubee is to blame, Xavier remains skeptical. Because of his personal connection to Maubee, the police chief complicates this view: They've known each other since they were kids.
