The Lost Valentine

A young and jaded female journalist discovers that love can transcend obstacles and time when she stumbles onto a story that will alter the course of her life forever. When war separates lovers on their wedding anniversary at the Los Angeles Union Train Station on Feb.14,1944, Navy pilot Neil Thomas makes a promise he's not sure he can keep: to return to the train station safely before their following anniversary. Caroline Thomas honors her promise for sixty years by waiting at the train station until her missing husband is able to finally keep his with the "lost valentine." The message and meaning demonstrate that romance and love can be genuine, deserving of fighting for and sometimes even dying for.
