The Legend of Billie Jean

Billie Jean Davy, a typical Texas youngster, finds herself embroiled in an unusual battle for justice. She is frequently pursued and harassed by neighborhood youths, who decide to destroy her brother's scooter for fun one day. The father of the boys will not reimburse them for the scooter's purchase price. The battle for "fair is fair" takes the teenagers all throughout the state, culminating in the birth of an unlikely hero.
